REBEL IDOL 2017 WINNER: PJ ORDWAY!
What is it?
Rebel idol is a New Fairfield High School spin off version of American Idol. At this event, students compete head to head to see who will be named winner of Rebel Idol. The show is a student run where community members as well as supporting peers can come together to enjoy the musical talents of those competing.
The process:
Rebel Idol is categorized as a Advertising Campaign project. The event takes place every year in the auditorium. The three students running the event spend time promoting as well as running tryouts in order to select a solid group of talented contestants. In addition, the students running the event are in charge of selecting a panel of judges. With all of this underway, Rebel Idol 2017 will be a successful event!
Type of Project:
Advertising Campaign project: The purpose of the Advertising Campaign Event is to provide an opportunity for participants to prepare an advertising campaign for a real product, service, company or business and to present the campaign to a prospective client/advertiser. In this case, the real service is the show, Rebel Idol, that the students are advertising to the community, or the client in this case.
